Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to not receive any cancellation fees. Late cancellations will incur a 20% fee for service scheduled. And will forfeit your $20 deposit. No calls, texts, or voicemails outside business hours will be accepted for last-minute changes.
