Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to not receive any cancellation fees. Late cancellations will incur a 20% fee for service scheduled. And will forfeit your deposit. No calls, texts, or voicemails outside business hours will be accepted for last-minute changes. This policy ensures fairness to your technician and other clients, and helps prevent lost appointment opportunities.
